Learning Korean ( 한국어 ) with Miss JuN Na ( 준나) ..


hey all!!! my class had started and i kinda busy for this 2 weeks due to the performance that i'll be doing (10 minute crew) on 30th January for LOVE@2PM.... Currently i'm learning korean language (just 1 month).. but i still need to refresh my french, tagalog & hindi ...sometime i just mixed it up...anyway let's start our lesson..



There are 24 letters (jamo) in korean alphabets : 14 consonant and 10 vowels 



Korean language = Hanguk-o  [ 한 국 어 ]


Korean writting = Hangeul [ 한 글] 


I divided Hangeul into 4 parts


Hangeul part 1 – 5 basic consonants and 6 basic vowels


CONSONANTS
  
 (gi-yeok) -  G/K  pronounciation:  start with ‘G’ but end with ‘K’ sound (soft k)
 (ni-eun)N pronounciation: firmly ‘N’
(mi-eum)M pronounciation: firmly ‘M’
(shiot)S pronounciation: firmly ‘S’
(ieung)NG pronounciation: firmly ‘NG’ **if it is in front of vowels it is silent, no sound


VOWELS


ah , as in father
eo , similar to O but rounded low back vowel(bunyi O menurun) e.g. ‘u’ in sun
o , full O sound e.g: go
u ,  as in who
eu ,  as in taken
I / EE ,  as in teeth (ee)
